چکیده
The incidence of breast cancer has increased significantly in Asian countries comparison to Western countries, and it is now one the leading causes cancer-related death among women worldwide. Each year, 1.5 million (25% all women) are diagnosed with BC around world, this number expected rise 2.2 by 2025. In particular, shows biologic heterogeneity terms risk factors, natural histories, responses therapy, prognostic features that vary considerably between ethnic geographical groups. Many studies have focused on distinctions tumor subtypes because importance they play guiding therapeutic decision making cancer. These factors include histological grade, type size, presence lymph node metastasis. As a proxy for profiling gene expression, immunohistochemical examination tissue various biomarkers employed. This method cheap, widely accessible, reliable, technically not demanding. purpose research was analyze relationship molecular certain pathological characteristics.

Mammographic findings in different breast cancer subtypes (luminal, Her2 positive, triple negative)
Background: Prognosis and management of breast cancer are defined by different variables including histological type, grading, clinical stage, Her2+, estrogen and progesterone receptor conditions. Generally, mammography is one of the most important imaging which is done in breast cancer patients. The aim of this research was to evaluate different mammographic patterns in different breast cancer...
متن کاملComparison of BRCA1 Expression between Triple-Negative and Luminal Breast Tumors
Background: Previous studies have suggested that BRCA1 dysregulation has been shown to have a role in triple-negative phenotypic manifestation. However, differences of BRCA1 expression, as a tumor suppressor gene, have rarely been investigated between luminal and triple-negative breast tumors. Therefore, the present study attempted to compare the BRCA1 expression in triple-negative with lu...
متن کاملBody size and risk of luminal, HER2-overexpressing, and triple-negative breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
Although the clinical relevance of molecular subtypes of breast cancer has been documented, little is known about risk factors for different tumor subtypes, especially the HER2-overexpressing and the triple-negative subtypes that have poor prognoses. Obesity may be differentially related to the risk of different subtypes given the various potential mechanisms underlying its association with bre...
متن کاملReproductive Factors and Risk of Luminal, HER2-Overexpressing, and Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Among Multiethnic Women.
BACKGROUND Reproductive factors are among the most well-established risk factors for breast cancer. However, their associations with different breast cancer subtypes defined by joint estrogen receptor (ER)/progesterone receptor (PR)/HER2 status remain unclear. METHODS We assessed relationships between reproductive factors and risks of luminal A (ER(+)/HER2(-)), luminal B (ER(+)/HER2(+)), trip...
متن کاملLuminal B breast tumors are not HER2 positive – authors' response
The letter from Drs Bhargava and Dabbs [1] expressed concern with the immunohistochemical (IHC) criteria we used to define breast cancer molecular phenotypes in our study [2]. Although expression arrays are the 'gold standard' for defining these subtypes, there is sufficient evidence to suggest that the markers we selected provide a reasonable approximation of molecular phenotypes, as determine...
